Applications Development Analyst

Kolter Solutions is seeking a Applications Development Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for qualified candidates to provide application analysis, development, and support services
The candidates elected will work with staff from OITS (Office of Information Technology Services), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) program office, and external business partners
The work will include designing and implementing new applications; supporting the enhancement, maintenance, and operation of existing applications; and technical training/mentoring of existing development staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must have demonstratable experience using the following technologies:

SQL Server & Power BI

C#.NET

ASP.NET

JavaScript
5
CSS/Bootstrap

Preference will be provided to candidates with demonstratable experience using the following technologies:

Azure DevOps
2
FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) HL7 standard

MuleSoft APIs

Primary Job Duties and Tasks

1
Complete the technical design of new application interfaces
2
Develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes, as needed
3
Develop new and modify existing software using best practices
4
Produce technical documentation pertaining to the design and maintenance of software, and system architecture
5
Plan, develop, and execute test plans and test cases designed to ensure a high level of software and data quality
6
Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
7
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing knowledge of software applications and configuration
8
Conduct research on software and hardware solutions to support recommendations, analyzing current and future technology trends
9
Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer for existing development staff
